We would like to salute our brother Angel Arceo, Founding Father from Iota Chapter at Sacramento State, for being awarded the State of California Medal of Valor this past week.
The Medal of Valor award is the highest honor a CHP officer can receive. We can agree that our brother Angel truly deserves this award after courageously saving the life of an elderly woman during a time of despair.
