PURPOSE & OVERVIEW
Brother – you’re invited to the inaugural OAA Retreat! This will not be an ordinary meeting. Our time together will be focused on big-picture planning, future pacing, and forecasting our growth & impact. Our goal is to not only work on the development of the organization, but your personal progress as well.
We will dedicate our time to strategizing the direction of our organization and what it will take to get it there.
AGENDA
10:00 AM to 10:10 AM: Welcome and agenda review
10:10 AM to 10:30 AM: Open forum (our relationship to the active chapter, new ideas, bad things we’ve done, good things we’ve done, how to reach noninvolved brothers, etc.)
10:30 AM to 11:00 AM: Team-bonding activity
11:00 AM to 11:30 AM: Identifying and creating organizational mission & objectives
11:30 AM to 12:00 PM: Officer reports
12:00 PM to 1:30 PM: Brotherhood lunch at the Wal
1:30 PM to 2:00 PM: Communication activity
2:00 PM to 2:15 PM: OAA dues discussion & budget projections
2:15 PM to 2:30 PM: OAA officer term lengths discussion
2:30 PM to 3:00 PM: Planning 2017 programming & events
3:00 PM to 3:30 PM: 3-Year growth strategy and goals
3:30 PM: Wrap up & closing
