SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Normal delivery time is 7-14 business days. All sales are final. Exchanges will only be granted in the event of defective merchandise. If merchandise is received defective, please email esdeeapparel@nakinc.org within 72 hours of delivery. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Es Dee Apparel will cover re-shipping costs of defective merchandise.

NUALPHAKAPPA.ORG is the exclusive outlet for NAK paraphernalia

The production and sale of NAK paraphernalia independent of the National Fraternity's web store, naknet.org/main/store is strictly prohibited.

All new items including clothing and other merchandise require adherence to the Fraternity's New Design and Merchandise Guidelines as set for by Nu Alpha Kappa's National Director of Marketing and Public Relations. A copy of these guidelines may be requested by contacting: marketing@nakinc.org

Any other use of the NAK brand (text, graphics, logos and images) require expressed written consent from Nu Alpha Kappa Fraternity, Inc. as outlined in "Copyright and Trademarks."
