Last month we launched the application for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. We know many people will be busy with school and such but we are hoping to get a good mix of both alumni and current undergraduates. The purpose of this committee is to dive deeper into the inner workings of our fraternity and understand where we might provide suggestions for improvement. As we look toward rebuilding our organization we hope to provide feedback for the NEB to implement. If you are interested in joining please fill out this form

In April we challenged our fellow NEB members to take a Diversity in the Workplace course offered free by the Muma School of Business at the University of South Florida. We are almost complete with the course and have learned a great deal about how to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion work into our organization. To find more information and sign up when it becomes available again please look here

Lastly, keep a lookout in your inbox as we will be launching a Fraternal climate survey. The survey’s goal is to understand where folks are in their relationship with NAK. As well as to understand where we might be lacking in the experience of our brothers while taking that information and implementing change. We ask that you please take the time to answer the survey as thoroughly as possible so that we might better understand the experience of our brothers.

Should you have any questions please feel free to email nak-dei@nakinc.org
