Over the last couple of months, I have been working and supporting AVPs of Chapter Development, Education, and DEI to create proper procedures and action steps to reach their goals for their positions.
Currently, I have taken on the project of reviewing and updating the Alumni Advisor Manual. The purpose of this manual is to provide proper guidelines and resources to our brothers who have taken on the role of Alumni Advisors. This role of Alumni Advisor essential to the continuous growth of the undergraduate brothers and chapter.
