I hope all is well with you and your families. This is your Northern Director of Chapter Development, Jonathan Orellana, writing to provide you with updates!
First and foremost, I want to thank you for all the work that you have done during this unprecedented time. I know running an organization is not easy, but give yourself kudos for the work you have done. I wanted to provide you with updates for Chapter Operations. As you all know, we have transitioned to submitting documents via Google Classroom and we will continue to do so for the remainder of the academic school year. Please use the chapter president’s email to submit documents. In the future, we will be adding chapter secretaries to the Google Classroom in order to support the president with documentation.
In addition, I am pleased to announce that we will continue to be using Google Classroom for the Chapter Compliance and Operations for the 2021-2022 academic school year. Please make sure that your future president is familiar with Google Classroom as I will be here for any technical issues.
Finally, please continue to submit documents as the final day to submit documents for the Pillars Charter will be June 30th, 2021. As always, please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions, concerns or extension requests. Thank you for the work that you do and wish you all the best.
